The medical office building is on the Valley West Hospital campus, just north of the hospital building. Close parking (including handicap parking) is readily available.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday	8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday	8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Friday	8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday	8:00 to 12 noon

Our office hours are by appointment only. Same day appointments are available for emergency visits. There is always a doctor available after hours in case of emergencies and can be reached by calling Valley West Hospital at 815-786-8484.

Prescription Refills:

We prefer you contact your pharmacy for refills to facilitate an electronic refill.  If you need a refill authorization from Dr. Brauweiler, you may request it thru the patient portal to facilitate an electronic refill for faster service.  Or you may call the office to leave a recorded message to request a refill authorization.  Please remember to allow 24 hours for prescription refill requests.
